• Interior Painting

Professionalism is the key word when it comes to Southend Painting’s standards for interior painting. Preparation and quality control is what sets one painting company apart from the rest. It is our firm belief that our high standards set us apart from the rest of the pack. Below are the standard steps we go through for each job. However we know each job is unique and will go any extra steps necessary to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Set-Up - are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.

Surface Prep - The key to painting is preparation. Spackle nail holes, imperfections, cracks in all walls, and ceilings. Fill all nail holes in trim with stain grade or paintable wood putty. Sand all surfaces thoroughly. Vacuum sanders can be used in certain situations.

Paint Application - Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied with rollers, brushes and sprayers to a uniform finish.

Job Clean Up - Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.

Final Inspection - After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work with the crew leader on site and asked to complete satisfaction survey at the end of the job.
